J. A. Ditty and Associates, Inc. work in a cooperative relationship with clients, their family, case managers and other providers to focus on outcome goals soon after admission. Without early focus on outcomes, treatment can lose direction and valuable time is wasted. When care providers agree on a destination a proper path can be chosen. Many clients may be able to return to their home communities with a substantial increase in quality of life, personal satisfaction and a reduced need for support services.

 

Our Residential Homes
 Our homes are located in safe, upscale neighborhoods and are attractively appointed. Trained staff are on site 24 hours a day. Community resources such as malls, restaurants and parks are short drives. Clinical and Management support is available 24 hours a day. Clients are encouraged to participate in home activities and while staff provide the appropriate level of support to help the client increase their ability to take care of their own needs in the home.

 

 

Day Treatment Facility
Our Day Treatment facility is centrally located in Oakland County, Michigan and easily reached by most major freeways. We are just minutes away from community resources such as parks, movies, shopping, libraries, hospitals, and more. Clients have access to our computer lab, music therapy room, art therapy room, game room, class rooms, library, fitness room, and other areas. Vocational opportunities and training is available onsite.

 

 

Our Community
Community access is a fundamental part of our Client's daily activities. We encourage and support each Client to engage in productive and normalized activities. These may include recreational, educational, vocational, or other activities. Each community outing provides an opportunity for growth and learning. Supervision is provided based on each client's needs with client safety being maintained through staff supervision and support.
